This newly built villa with a 67sqm swimming pool and surrounding old stone walls is peacefully positioned in the quaint mountain village of Drimiskos. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, having 3 double bedrooms on the second floor, all with parquet floor, and large balconies with views over the mesmerising blue of the Libyan sea. All of the bedrooms and the living room have satellite TV. The master bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, has an en-suite bathroom with bath, showerhead and WC. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and share a second bathroom with bath, showerhead and WC. On the first floor, which is traditionally furnished, there is an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, a living/dining area with open fireplace, and a separate WC. There is also a telephone in the villa for incoming calls only. The living area opens onto large covered verandas with views to the sea. In cooler spells, central heating is available at an extra charge. There is a ground/basement floor to the house, part of which has the wine press and part is a small equine museum with four stables, one of which is occupied by the owner’s horse. You are very welcome to make arrangements with the owner to go horse riding! Further on this floor there is a separate WC and a washing machine. In the 4000sqm grounds and garden there is patio furniture and a BBQ for your use, an old well and a big shady tree, perfect for relaxing under the heat of the day. About 500m away there is a farm, from where you can get fresh milk, wine, raki and meat
A few tavernas and a cafe can be found in the village, otherwise a good selection of shops, tavernas and other amenities can be found in the bustling small town of Spili, some 12 km away. The nearest pebble beach is about 2 km away. We consider a car to be essential.
