These two villas are built on a slope of a hill, and are surrounded by large grounds of 4000sqm with olive trees, 1 km away from the village of Adele, and 9 km from Rethymnon. They are set approximately 60 metres apart, and share a 54sqm swimming pool with children’s pool. Both villas have air conditioning in all of the bedrooms, at an extra local charge and Internet connection.
Lefkothea I: This rustic style homely villa, about 80sqm in size, accommodates 4-6 people. It has a spacious living/dining room with comfortable seating, one sofa bed, and a dining table, radio/CD player and satellite TV. Separated off by a breakfast bar there is a fully equipped kitchen, and a storage room. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, a bathroom/WC, and a large covered veranda with patio furniture, offering wonderful views of the surrounding landscape.
Lefkothea II: This new 100sqm villa is suitable for 8-10 people. From the main entrance one reaches the large living/dining room with two sofa beds, radio/CD player, satellite TV, a well equipped built in kitchen, and large veranda with pergola, offering wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Further there are four bedrooms, two with double bed and two with twin beds, built in wardrobes, two bathrooms/WC’s, and a washing machine.
The nearest sandy beach is only 800 metres away. A supermarket can be found after 500 metres, and the nearest taverna is 600 metres away. A wide variety of shops and tavernas can be found in the village of Adele, and in the town of Rethymnon. This is a quiet relaxing place set in wonderful natural surroundings. We recommend a car.
