This newly, restored stone house is positioned with a fantastic view in the outskirts of the village of Atsipades , about 21 km inland of Rethymno. This house has two apartments (Katoi-Dimitris-Athina) and one maisonette (Fabrica) and can accommodate up to 12 people. To the rear of the house is a large garden with some trees, a large barbeque area and a swimming pool with Jacuzzi are welcome to use by the guests. The barbeque area is equipped with washbasin, electric grill, and oven with coals. All the apartments are furnished in traditional Cretan style with all modern facilities. Central heating is also available. All accommodations are in the same yard therefore it can be rented together as a villa. The apartment on the ground floor (Katoi) for 2 people, consists of one bedroom with a double old fashion iron bed, sitting area with fire place, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a WC with sauna. The apartment on the first floor (Dimitris – Athina ) for 2-4 people, consists of one bedroom with twin beds, a sitting area with two sofa beds, kitchen with fire place and WC/shower. The maisonette (Fabrica) for 4-6 people, consists of two bedrooms in upper floor one with double bed and one with twin beds. On the same level there is a WC/shower. On the ground floor is a sitting area with two sofa beds and fire place, kitchenette and WC/shower.
In the village of Atsipades there is a kafenion and Koxare, some 1000 m away, there are two taverns and a kafenion. A mini market can be found in Spili, 7 km away. A larger variety of shops and entertainment are in coastal village of Plakias at 17 km distance. The nearest beaches of Preveli and Ammoudi are about 12 km away. A car is essential.
