This is a very modern, newly constructed house situated on a side road, approx. 4 km east of Rethymnon in the area of Tsesmes. Hellen's House a very large apartment approx. 175sqm in size, suitable for 6-10 people, and with its own individual entrance. Outside in the small garden patio area, there is a swimming pool of about 35sqm with sun beds and umbrellas set around it. The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a single bed and a shower/WC en-suite, and a sleeping gallery with a further single bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and they share a large bathroom with a corner bath and WC. In the very spacious and elegant living/dining area there are four sofas, two of which can be used as extra single beds, and the other two as extra double beds. The open plan kitchenette is fully equipped and leads off the living and dining area. The apartment has a satellite TV and a Stereo. All of the bedrooms have air condition a veranda or balcony with patio furniture. As well as garaging, the basement of the building houses has a leisure club with gym and sauna. Guests can use this club if they wish, with extra local charge.The upper appartment is occasionally occupied by the owner during the night.
A supermarket, tavernas and shops can be found approx. 600 metres away, and beyond the coastal road, the sandy beach is about 600 meters away, at the beachside resort of Platanias.
