These two spacious recently built maisonettes, set side by side, are quietly positioned on a small tree lined hilltop, on the edge of the archaeologically renowned mountain village of Elefterna. To one side, and at the entrance to the houses, there are pretty well tended gardens with wrought iron railings and a 28sqm swimming pool. Each building is a generous 120sqm in size, light and airy, simple in design and furnishing, with three bedrooms and each is suitable for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open plan modern kitchen and a bedroom with shower/WC. From the living area, glass doors lead out onto a veranda. Each of the three bedrooms has twin beds, and each with en-suite shower/WC. Upstairs, leading off the two twin bedrooms, are sun patios of different sizes. All offer wonderful panoramic views over the countryside, the scattered village houses, and beyond to the sea in the distance. Further there is a TV, washing machine and ironing board with iron for your use.
There are two tavernas, and a traditional kafenion in the village. The long sandy beaches of Stavromenos, and a variety of shops and tavernas are approx. 12 km away. We do consider a car to be essential.
