Camelia Villa is quietly situated on the outskirts of Melisourgaki village 6km away from Perama, 30km from Rethymno and 12km from the nearest sandy beach of Panormo. In the village there is a tavern, other amenities one can find in the village of Perama shops, supermarkets, a bakery, taverns, cafes, a post office and a bank. Camelia was a small complex, consisting of 3 individual apartments and now become a villa for 12 people with 6 bedrooms (three of them in the first floor and three on the ground floor), all with twin beds, en-suite WC/shower, air condition and balcony or veranda. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining/-sitting area, TV and extra WC. The two floors are connected by an outside-staircase and on the first floor is a big terrace with patio furniture and nice views. In front of the Villa there is a large terrace, which can be used, and there is also the swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. To the rear of the house is a small garden with some trees, colorful flowers and a BBQ area.
A car is considered to be essential in order to explore the area and the whole island
