These brand new villas are built with all luxury standards and they are decorated in modern style. They are set on a hillside on South Crete (in an area protected by natura 2000) with panoramic view of the Libyan sea, Paximadia and Gavdos islands. Each one is 112 sqm in size in two storey and can accommodate up to 6 people. Next to each villa there is a private swimming pool, 35 sqm, equipped with sun beds, sunshades and garden shower. There is a large open living/dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo Hi-Fi, air conditioning, modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, etc. On the ground level there is also a bedroom with iron-bed, air condition, Satellite TV, a bathroom and a small store room with a washing machine and an ironing board. The living area opens into a large garden veranda. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms and one bathroom with Jacuzzi/bathtub. Both bedrooms open onto a huge balcony with patio furniture and panoramic views.
The nearest village is Rodakino (3 km) with coffee shops-tavernas and a supermarket. Further tavernas, cafes and the fabulous beach of Korakas are about 7-8 minutes drive. The town of Rethymno is 39 km away. The villas are cleaned, towels and linen are changed, 3 times a week, and pool is cleaned every second day. We consider a car to be essential.
