Odeon Villas are six villas, each one with its individual style and architecture. The villas are located in the village of Agia Triada 10 Km. from the old historical town of Rethymno and 4 Km from beautiful sandy beaches. Each villa has a private swimming pool and barbecue area. All villas are air-conditioned (hot or cold). Furthermore they have every modern amenity such as satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi stereo and Internet connection. Additional cleaning services and a chef are available upon request against an extra charge.
Type A: The 3-storey villas Assimenia and Pelagos can accommodate 10-11 people, have five bedrooms and are built in a modern architectural style, in shades of white and peach, with curved balconies and ceramic roofing. From the villas, there is a spectacular view of the mountainous countryside, the olive yards and the endless blue sea. A flight of steps leads to the main entrance of this villa. Here is the living area with a fire place and doors with access to a terrace and the swimming pool. At another side is the fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, fridge and oven. Also on this floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Stairs lead up to the top floor with three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with corner bath and toilet. The other bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with (round) bath tube and toilet. Furthermore there is a balcony and a big terrace with panoramic views. From the living area stairs leads down to the bottom floor, with a bedroom, a room with a sleep facility and a bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine.
Type B: The 3-storey villas Astro and Ouranos can accommodate 8 people, have four bedrooms and are built in a modern architectural style, in shades of white and peach, with curved balconies and ceramic roofing. From the villas, there is a spectacular view of the mountainous countryside, the olive yards and the endless blue sea. A flight of steps leads to the main entrance of this villa. Here is the living area with a fire place and doors with access to a terrace and the swimming pool. At another side is the fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, fridge and oven. Also on this floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Stairs lead up to the top floor with two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has a private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and toilet, the other one a bathroom with shower and toilet. Both rooms have sliding doors, leading to a big terrace with panoramic views. From the living area stairs leads down to the bottom floor, with another large bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine.
Type C: The 2-storey villas Teacher’s Cottage and Top of the Hill can accommodate 6 people, have three bedrooms and are built in a cottage style with stone-brick walls.On the ground floor is the living room with a fire place and a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, dishwasher and oven. There is also a bedroom on this floor with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first level are two double bedrooms with wooden beamed ceilings and floors. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet and the other has a bathroom with bath tube and toilet. Furthermore there is a balcony and a terrace with wonderful views.
Straight ahead in the distance lies the original old village of Agia Triada, to the right olive groves and to the left, a beautiful expanse of sea. A car is essential as the first available bakery is at a distance of 1,5 Km from this private and exclusive property.
