Country Villa Nikoloudis is quietly situated in a raised position in the old village of Avdelas, approx. 8 km from Perama and 38 km from Rethymnon. The house is 90sqm in size and suitable for up to 7 people. There is a 180sqm courtyard with a small swimming pool (approx. 28sqm), a terrace with pergola and a barbecue area. The villa has been recently restored and has been furnished with handmade traditional furniture. A little courtyard leads to the main entrance on the ground floor and the living/dining room with an open fireplace, TV, and telephone for incoming and local calls. A stone archway leads one through to a well equipped kitchen with dining area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms (one double and one triple) and a bathroom/WC. There is a TV in the master bedroom and a washing machine in the bathroom. From the triple room one reaches a covered balcony with beautiful views. Below this balcony there is a third bedroom with twin beds, and a TV.
There is a cafe and a mini-market about 100 metres from the house, and a taverna can be found in the village of Choumeri, some 3 km away. A large choice of tavernas and shops can be found in Perama, and the nearest beach is at Panormo, about 15 km away. A car is essential.
