Villa Kassi-Penni is beautifully situated in the foothills of the Kouroupa Mountains near to Assomatos. It sits on its own in grounds of some 4000sqm in size, surrounded by large gardens with fruit trees and flowers. There is a 50sqm swimming pool with a shallow end for children, a BBQ and an old stone oven, as well as a play area for children. The nearest sandy beach is approx. 4 km away and the beautiful sandy beach at Preveli is approx. 6 km away. The villa is traditional in style and furnished with wooden furniture, it is spacious in size being 150sqm, and is suitable for 6 to 8 people. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, CD player, and 2 sofa beds, a downstairs WC, as well as a fully equipped open plan dining/kitchen with dishwasher. Further to that there is one bedroom with twin beds and shower/WC en-suite. The large shady vine covered terrace supplied with patio furniture offers delightful mountain views. A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with bunk beds and one sofa bed). All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, at an extra charge. There is also a shower cabin with Jacuzzi, WC, and a sun terrace. Facilities are a washing machine and ironing board with iron.
Shops and tavernas can be found in the village of Assomatos, 1,5 km away, as well as in the fishing village of Plakias about 6,5 km away. There is a diving centre in Shoinaria, about 3,5 km away. This is a restful spot for country lovers and a car is recommended.
