This newly built villa is situated 1 km from the hamlet of Giannoudi and 5,5 km from the town of Rethymno. Villa Givera is 130sqm in size and with two bathrooms and three bedrooms suitable for 6 persons. In the well maintained garden is a swimming pool of 36sqm and a barbecue area. The main entrance of the villa is at the backside. From here one enters a spacious living/dining area with fireplace and a wonderful view of the surroundings, across to the sea. From the open plan kitchen (with full size cooker, oven, and dishwasher) there is also access to the garden area at the back. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with twin beds) are situated at the other side of the living room and are reached via a corridor. The first bathroom has a WC and shower, the other one a WC and a bath tube. All bedrooms have access to the terrace at the front, where also the swimming pool is situated with sun beds and umbrellas. In the corridor are large built in cupboards and a washing machine, iron and ironing board. All windows have mosquito nets. The villa is situated close to a hardly used road and there are just a few other buildings in the far distance. The peaceful area is ideal to walk or to make trips by car, yet the town of Rethymno and the sandy beaches are reached within a short drive.
The closest sandy beach is at 3,5 km distance and shops and tavernas are to be found after 3 km.
