This property offers relaxed holidays in a quiet location yet close to many amenities. These two recently built villas are set side by side and situated amongst olive groves, about 20 km east from the town of Rethymno, 7 km from Panormo and 4 km from Ageliana, in the area of Latzimas, and approximately 3,5 km from the sandy beach. The villas are set on large grounds (1000 sqm) and each maisonette (100 sqm) is suitable for up to 6 people, with three bedrooms and private swimming pool 25 sqm. Both villas are available in a lower offer when booked together. On the entrance, of the ground floor of each villa there is a welcoming and comfortable living room surrounding a corner fireplace and satellite T.V, along with a dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and a stove. Next to the kitchen are a small shower/WC with a washing machine and an iron with an iron board. Also, on the ground floor there is an iron double bed bedroom with a closet. Following the stairway to the first floor there are two bedrooms with two elegant iron single beds, a shared balcony with relaxed bamboo furniture, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The villa can provide four air condition units for extra charge. Each villa has a private swimming pool of 25 sqm and stylish furniture, including umbrellas, tanning beds and chairs, and movable BBQ. Both villas have three spacious sun verandas with a lovely view.
There are many tavernas, traditional coffee shops and variety of visitor shops near the villas in Ageliana, Perama and Panormo village. We consider a car to be essential.
