The two identical new villas are beautiful designed and built near the village of Gerani. The villas are quietly surrounded by a large garden with colorful flowers positioned on the top of a hill and afford beautiful views over the olive trees, the sea and the mountains in the distance. Each villa is 128 sqm in size suitable for 6-8 people, and has a private 40sqm swimming pool with children’s pool, and stone built BBQ. next to the pool. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living area with a well equipped kitchenette, with a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, a comfortable seating area with a large stone fireplace with satellite TV, dining table and chairs and a large roofed veranda with patio furniture. There is also one bedroom with a double bed as well as a shower /wc. Further to this floor there is a small room where there is the iron with the ironing board. The indoor marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with double bed. Each bed room has a balcony with patio furniture. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub/wc. and a washing machine. All rooms have air conditioning.
The nearest beach is 2 km away. Mini markets and tavernas can be found at a distance of 1 km. Further tavernas, shops and other amenites can be found in Rethymno, which is 8 km away. We consider a car essential
