This detached villa is very quietly positioned, 1,2 km from the village of Plakias, 30 km south of Rethymnon, and is surrounded by large grounds of 2500sqm and pretty gardens with flowers, palm, and olive trees. The villa’s facilities include a basement with equipment for table tennis, and billiards. Further there is a private swimming pool of 50sqm in size, and a BBQ. All living areas and bedrooms have air conditioning, which is at an extra local charge. The generously proportioned, 2-storey villa is 200sqm in size, and suitable for up to 10 people. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/sleeping area with one sofa bed, open fireplace, seating corner, satellite TV, and a well equipped built in kitchen with microwave. There are two twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath/WC. An outside stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is an open plan living/dining room with a well equipped built in kitchen, seating corner, open fireplace, and satellite TV. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds, a bathroom with bath/WC and a washing machine. From the verandas there are wonderful sea- and side sea views over the Bay of Plakias.
The nearest beach and a wide selection of shops and tavernas can be found in Plakias. We consider a car to be essential, and parking space is available.
