Villa Bianca is a new built villa in Sfakaki/Rethymnon built on a hill with a nice view to the sea. The distance from the sea with the beautiful sandy beach is just 500 metres. If you are lucky you can watch the rare sea turtle Caretta-Caretta there. You can reach Rethymnon by car in 10 minutes. The airports of Hania and Heraklion are each in about 75 km distance. The villa is suitable for 6-12 people, has 3 bedrooms and on the ground floor two large studios. The villa has a private swimming pool with a section for the children. On the first floor there is a spacious living room area with sofas, a dining table, open fireplace, sat-TV, phone and a large balcony. There is a separate kitchen area, a bedroom with two single beds, a balcony, and a bathroom with shower/WC ensuite. The second floor is reachable via an internal staircase. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a large balcony and a separate bathroom with bathtub/WC. It has also air conditioning with extra local charge. The villa is suitable for groups and families up to 7 people. For larger group of people, the 2 studios at the ground floor can accommodate up to 4 extra persons. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and coffee machine and guarantees the guests independent catering. There is also a shower/WC.
The supermarket and the bus stop are in 2 minutes walking distance. A car is not considered to be essential unless you wish to explore the area and the whole island.
