Argiris villa is positioned in gently rolling country side of olive gardens and set in a large pleasant garden of rose’s colourful flowers. The villa is situated outside Stavromenos and 14 km east of Rethymno. This impressive stone house includes a private swimming pool of 35 sqm, with tanning beds and a wonderful stone BBQ area with a butler sink and a traditional stone oven. Villa Argiris is 150 sqm in size and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms suitable for 8 people. The entrance leads to the spacious airy open plan living\dining and kitchen area with windows. The tastefully furnished living area has a fireplace, satellite TV and a hi-fi stereo. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with ceramic oven cooker and dishwasher. Further from the living/dining area are three single bedrooms and one double bedroom. All three bedrooms have a shower/WC en suite and the fourth bathroom has a shower/WC. The washing machine is in the hallway, next to the third bedroom. All bedrooms and living area have air conditioning, which is included in the price.
Near the villa Argiris is the village of Stavromenos where are supermarkets, tavernas, tourist shops and coffee shops. The sandy beach is approx. 1 km distance on the other side of the coastal road.
