This unique accommodation is quietly set in large grounds, yet only a short stroll to the huge length of shingle seashore. The windmills sit on raised mounds, approx. 30 metres apart. Two of the windmills are divided into two units, and each apartment has air conditioning (included in the price) and a TV. Within the grounds there is a swimming pool with children’s pool, surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas, and a pool bar with patio furniture.
A: Studio Gregos One raised ground-floor studio (25sqm) suitable for 2 people, with twin beds, kitchenette, shower/WC and sun terrace.
B: Apartment Tramoudana One raised ground-floor 1-bedroom apartment (35sqm), with sun terrace, is suitable for 2-4 people. The living area has a double sofa bed, a small dining area, and kitchenette. There is a shower/WC. The bedroom has twin beds.
C: Maisonettes Gregos & Tramoudana The upper floors of two of the windmills forms a maisonette (35-40sqm), suitable for 2-4 people. The maisonettes are reached via a curved outdoor stone stairway. Inside, the open plan living/dining area has a double sofa bed, and kitchenette. There is one shower/WC, and a balcony patio. A narrow staircase with rail leads up to a gallery bedroom, with built in double bed.
D: Villa Ostria This windmill (50sqm) is suitable for 4-5 people. There is a living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette and breakfast table, shower/WC, and a terrace on the ground floor. An interior staircase leads up to an open sleeping gallery, which is divided by a screen into two sleeping areas, one with a built in double bed and one with a built in French bed.
E: Villa Sorokos One entire windmill (65sqm) suitable for 5-6 people. There is an open plan living/dining area with a sofa bed, kitchenette, shower/WC, one twin bedroom, sun terraces, and upstairs there is a handsome balcony. Inner stone stairs lead up to a cosy gallery bedroom with double bed, and en-suite, a small WC.
The shingle beach is 150 metres away, and the nearest three tavernas just a bit further on. A mini-market can be found in Drapanias and the town of Kastelli at 4 km offers a good selection of shops and tavernas. Breakfast is offered at an additional local charge. A car is essential.
