In an exclusive, quiet tree lined neighbourhood on the Akrotiri Peninsula, 8 km from Chania, this ultra modern large three storey house with swimming pool, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, can comfortably accommodate between 8-10 people. Villa Eleftheria has small gardens and sun terraces to the front of the house. To one side of the house, the swimming pool, which is approx 55sqm in size, is set within paved sun terraces, equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas. There is rather attractive outdoor lighting and a stone built BBQ area.
The villa has an underground garage, the doors and windows all have rolling shutters, and all of the living areas and bedrooms are air-conditioned (included within the price). The main entrance to the villa leads onto the middle floor of the villa. One enters a spacious airy open plan living/dining and kitchen area, with full-length windows, and to a large sun terrace with lovely sea views. The kitchenette is well equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and full cooker. The nearest small sandy beach, with a beach cafe, and a little harbour lie approx 600 metres away. There is a taverna near to the beach. A mini market can be found 2,5 km away and a supermarket along with a few small shops in Kounoupidiana 3,5 km away. The town of Chania is 8 km away. Car Hire is essential.
